FSCL-1型移動(dòng)式油水分離過濾機(jī)（刮油機(jī)、撇油機(jī)、浮油撈除機(jī)）能夠自動(dòng)將漂浮在切削液表面的污油分離出來，并將切削液過濾。使其延長(zhǎng)刀具使用壽命，提高零件光潔度，極大地延長(zhǎng)切削液的使用壽命，減少了機(jī)床停工時(shí)間。

工作周期：

1、使用油水分離過濾機(jī)對(duì)每臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱工作3～4小時(shí)，而后轉(zhuǎn)到下一臺(tái)機(jī)床；

2、建議每臺(tái)機(jī)床的冷卻水箱每周循環(huán)過濾一次；

3、油水分離過濾機(jī)每班可分離過濾2臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱或每周單班10臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱。

 

操作方法：

1、使用時(shí)將浮子放入冷卻水箱中油污集中處漂浮在冷卻液表面；

2、將回水管放入冷卻水箱出水口處；

3、給油水分離機(jī)通電（撇油機(jī)220V/25W+水泵290W）工作；

4、油水混合液通過浮子抽進(jìn)袋式過濾器（精度25μ）過濾，再通過水泵（或隔膜泵）抽到油水分離器內(nèi)進(jìn)行油水分離，干凈的冷卻液返回到冷卻水箱內(nèi)，污油被隔離，通過盤式撇油機(jī)將污油排到廢油收集桶內(nèi)。

Working cycle:

 

1. Use oil-water separation filter to work the cooling water tank of each machine for 3-4 hours, and then transfer to the next machine;

 

2. It is suggested that the cooling water tank of each machine be cycled and filtered once a week;

 

3. Oil-water separation filter can separate and filter 2 machine cooling water tanks per shift or 10 machine cooling water tanks per week in a single shift.

 

 

 

Operation method:

 

1. When using (when using diaphragm pump, access to compressed air), put the float into the oil concentration in the cooling water tank and float on the surface of the cooling liquid;

 

2. Put the return pipe into the outlet of the cooling water tank;

4. The oil-water mixture is pumped through a float into a bag filter (accuracy 25) for filtration, and then pumped through a water pump (or diaphragm pump) into an oil-water separator for oil-water separation. The clean coolant returns to the cooling water tank, and the oily oil is isolated.
